Is it free to join? 

Yes. There are currently no sign-up, monthly or per-lead fees. If we introduce a paid plan in the future, we’ll give active partners at least 30 days’ written notice, and you can leave the program before any fees apply. 

Each quote request is shared with up to 2 verified partners who serve the homeowner’s city and the service they need. Homeowners are told they’ll hear from a few trusted local contractors.

It depends on your city, the services you offer, and the season. Winter and early summer are busiest. We don’t guarantee a minimum number of leads, and we’ll never pretend otherwise.

By email, instantly, as soon as a homeowner submits a request. Each lead includes the homeowner’s name, contact details, city, service needed, and any project notes they provided.

No. You can pause or leave the program at any time with written notice. We simply ask that you follow up on any leads you’ve already received.

Homeowners choose contractors from our site because we verify them. Checking licences, insurance, and WSIB status is how we keep that promise, and how your badge keeps its meaning.

Yes, if we can’t verify the requirements above or if there’s a pattern of unresolved complaints. If something’s missing, we’ll tell you exactly what so you can reapply.
